However, if changes are necessitated due to these reasons and it is reasonable to expect the customer to accept them, we reserve the right to adapt the specification to the revised circumstances. If such changes result in additional costs, the purchaser will be notified accordingly in advance.
Any documents or materials transferred to the customer, including drawings, models, drafts, and calculations, shall remain the property of BSPA until a legally valid order is placed. If no order is placed, BSPA reserves the right to request the return of all such items. The purchaser is not entitled to publish, reproduce, or use BSPA’s drawings, models, drafts, or calculations for any purpose other than as agreed upon without express permission from BSPA.
– Prices are fixed for two months following the provision of the initial quote and signing of the contract. If the duration between the signing of the contract and the agreed or actual start date extends beyond six months, BSPA reserves its right to modify all contracts in accordance with the increased market prices applicable at the time of the service provision will be applied.
– Fixed prices for a period exceeding six months may be separately agreed upon payment of at least one-third of the contract value.
– Prices quoted do not include the costs of services to be provided by the customer on-site.
– Payment is to be made or guaranteed in accordance with the provided quote or contract.
BSPA reserves the right to replace, modify, add, and/or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions without being obligated to notify visitors of this Website. Your continued use of the Website implies your acceptance of any modifications made to the Website or its terms of use.
